The redevelopment of the Tasmanian Hockey centre is well underway with Stage 2 work well advanced.
The concrete for the concourse entrance has been poured, all of the ground plumbing (showers/toilets etc) has been completed and part of the building slab and wall has been poured/installed (see photos).

The Premier of Tasmania, the Hon Paul Lennon and the Lord Mayor of Hobart, Alderman Rob Valentine, cut the ribbons to formally mark the opening of the two new pitches at the Tasmanian Hockey Centre.

This project is the major fundraiser for stage 2 of the THC Redevelopment (the clubrooms). Other opportunities exist for businesses and larger groups.

The redevelopment of the Tasmanian Hockey Centre continues at a frantic pace.
The turf has been laid on GR2 and now requires some of the finishing touches including cutting in of training/playing circles, sidelines etc. Shockpad is being laid on GR1 and we should see some carpet being laid next week - weather dependant!!!
